How has this app gotten worse over the years?

I used to use this app all the time when the auction house on information technology was a thing. Never actually understood why they took that away.

Now I've been trying to use it for BfA, and although it's always been somewhat buggy, now it won't even allow me to download their latest update, and I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro on WiFi. The app keeps crashing while trying to update. Sad that their stuff just continues to go so downhill.

I really hope they put their best effort into shadowlands, because it's pretty much going to be make it or break it for them.

Sadness

Always since shadowlands I oasis't been able to load this app at all. I can become the downloads, information technology'll accept my info, and so it crashes as before long as that load bar hits "full". By the response squad'southward history I'm gonna guess my message won't get read, and if it does get read information technology'll be instantly dismissed, as they've washed for every major problem since the end of mop. Game is going to crap and everything associated with it is post-obit suit. I've looked at the comments here, I'chiliad not the simply one with this effect but they refuse to actively try to fix it, not fifty-fifty TRY. They made their money and don't intendance what the average thespian thinks till enough of them injure their paychecks, then they'll care. What happened to the chance of wow? It's a mount grind now. No ane cares how good or bad you are, if you lot got the mount and a pretty transmog yous've got ameliorate chances than someone who focused on the actual skill portion of the game. Garbage staff. Absolutely garbage. They will kill their own game by their own hands and for anybody else who's been around since the beta- our hearts will intermission because blizzard does not and will non care.

Cracking for what it is.

Outset off, let me start by saying this is not a perfect app. The largest purpose of this app, to me, is to be able to remotely log into the game and send your followers out on missions for diverse rewards. These missions require different amounts of time to complete. I don't get to play every solar day, and so being able to log in for a few minutes and send the followers out on missions that only take a few hours to complete is very convenient.

If you're wanting to be able to consummate as many missions as possible in the time you're non logged into the game, this app is perfect.

Equally for the other uses, guild conversation, calendar, etc. I'm sure they're fine and could utilize improvement. The app is free and it does its principal purpose very well.
